What makes you different from other tutors?

From 2017 to present, I have completed over 7500 hours of sessions with more than 350 students. Tutoring is my full-time occupation - read on below for my commitment to you:

Versatility

I work in all of the following subject areas:

Standardized tests: SAT, ACT, and GRE (including math and verbal sections for all these, and the science section of the ACT), as well as AP exams in any of the below subject areas

Math: All math topics, including basic number skills, pre-algebra, algebra I and II, geometry, precalculus, calculus, trigonometry, probability, and statistics

Science: High school biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, as well as basic physical/life/earth science courses

English: All reading/writing and research assignments

History/Social Sciences: US history, European history, World history, Government, Psychology, Economics (macro and micro)

Spanish: All high-school level Spanish language classes

College essays and applications: Selecting essay topics, drafting, revising, and editing, completing college applications

Aptitude

GRE: Scored 99th percentile on the quantitative and verbal sections of the GRE general test

 

College: Graduated magna cum laude from Williams College in 2014 with a 3.88 unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale, inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society with top 5% of graduating class

 

SAT: Perfect score of 2400 on the General SAT (when it was scored out of 2400)

 

AP Exams: Scored 5 on ten AP exams across all subject areas

 

High School: Graduated Framingham High School in 2010 with highest academic honors in all 5 major subject areas
